The foundation of anything is just as much or more important than the finished product. If the foundation is not right, the whole product is off. We are to have a strong foundation in all

of our new skills, having a strong foundation keeps us from wavering and breaking our new skill, keeping us confidant. God wants our foundation to be strong and built correctly, so that we may be confidant in our foundation. ASSURED means to be confidant, he wants a confidant foundation from the very beginning of our walk with him, knowing confidently that he will guide us in the right direction. The more we grow in our faith, the more assured our foundation will be. Learn from great teachers and those who follow the word, to create a firm and assured foundation.
