Being Still

We can make our lives busy by being on the go consistently. When we are always busy, running errands, picking up kids to and from school and taking them to after school practices, it keeps us bound to not having enough time. Having families can also keep us tied up too, because we have all of these different roles to play apart in. Its during these times, that we are the most distracted and can not here the voice of God. Sometimes he tries to speak to us in the most gentle voice but we can not hear him because we are busy with our lives. God wants us to bask in his presence alone and quiet. We, as busy women, should take the time to be in the presence of God silently. Pick a quiet place and time when everything is settled and allow God to speak and give instructions.
