Living in the Light

God wants us to leave the darkness and live in the light. Accepting Christ as our savior gains us our ticket to Heaven but it is by our works that we will be judged. Living in the light is God‘s way of cleansing us from our sins! It is by living in the light that we are living as God wants us to live and also this is shows God our love for him. We are to live by his commandments and enjoy ourselves in doing so. Because we are natural born sinners, we are bound to sin but if we confess ours sins, God forgives us. Following God’s commandments is our way of showing God that we love him. How can we say we love God and do not obey his Word by living in the light of who he is? Live in the light and love in the light!

“But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.”
