Renewed

We all have to take some type of break, it does not matter what type of break it is. Whether we are sitting in our car for one hour or resting on the beach, God wants us to be well rested and renewed so that he can work through us. It is quite hard to run on empty, but God fills us up. He does not call for us to be so busy, that we miss time with him or the blessings that he has blessed us with. Overloading ourselves on lead us to being spiritless, disappointed and afraid and God does not want us to be any of those things. He wants us to enjoy life in abundance of his light and it can be hard to do so when we are always on the go, always busy, and never taking the time out to be renewed. Take some time to hear the Word of God and sit in his presence, regardless of the dishes, the laundry, the papers or even ministry work. He wants a relationship first, HE comes before all things. Stress can take us out if we let it, and he has not called for us to live a stressful life, so take your breaks and be renewed never giving up or forgetting about God and who He is.

" Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day" 2 Corinthians 4:16
